Are these official kits?

No. They're replica kits, same factories, same materials, no licensing tax. The crests are embroidered, the sponsors are sublimated, the construction is identical to retail. We don't carry the official Premier League or FIFA logos because we're not paying the licensing fee that drives the £80 price tag.

Will the quality match an £80 official kit?

Side by side, you'd struggle to tell them apart. The polyester is the same. The crest stitching is the same. The fit is the same. What's different: there's no Nike box, there's no FIFA hologram, there's no badge tax. £22.99.

How long does UK delivery take?

4-7 working days, tracked, free, no minimum spend. We dispatch next-day Monday-Thursday from Manchester. Order before 1pm Friday and we'll catch the Friday post.

What sizes do you stock?

S to 2XL on most adult kits. Selected ranges go to 3XL. We stock kids' sizes (3-4 to 13-14 yrs) on the most popular national + Premier League kits. If between sizes, size up.

What if it doesn't fit or I don't want it?

14 days to return for a refund (UK consumer law). 30 days if it's faulty. Email support@kithappens.store, we send you a return label, refund hits your card within 5 working days of us receiving it. No restocking fees, no forms.

Can I add a name and number?

Yes, £5 extra. Pick a name (up to 12 characters) and a number (1-99). Pressed in the same factory finish you'd see on a retail shirt. Adds 24 hours to dispatch but doesn't change the delivery window.

Was great but did not print the name as requested. Was missing letters which was very disappointing. The top was perfect other than that

Shirt was delivered on the 12th day so 8 working days, just over the time frame mentioned on the website. The quality of the shirt is great with no complaints, the fabric feels great. I went for two size up for the oversize feel / look as that’s what I prefer.

Great quality shirt for the price. Beats paying £80 for a real one. My son has definitely got his eye on a few others. Don’t know how I didn’t find this place sooner!
