What's your returns policy?

Damaged, off, or just wrong? Email support@kithappens.store within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we sort it. You also get a 14-day change-of-mind window for unprinted kits, UK Consumer Contracts Regs.

Can I add a name and number?

Yes - free on every kit. Pick your favourite player or your own name at checkout and we'll print it cleanly on the back before we ship.
