Are these official kits?

No. They're replica kits, same factories, same materials, no licensing tax. The crests are embroidered, the sponsors are sublimated, the construction is identical to retail. We don't carry the official Premier League or FIFA logos because we're not paying the licensing fee that drives the £80 price tag.

Will the quality match an £80 official kit?

Side by side, you'd struggle to tell them apart. The polyester is the same. The crest stitching is the same. The fit is the same. What's different: there's no Nike box, there's no FIFA hologram, there's no badge tax. £22.99.

How long does UK delivery take?

4-7 working days, tracked, free, no minimum spend. We dispatch next-day Monday-Thursday from Manchester. Order before 1pm Friday and we'll catch the Friday post.

What sizes do you stock?

S to 2XL on most adult kits. Selected ranges go to 3XL. We stock kids' sizes (3-4 to 13-14 yrs) on the most popular national + Premier League kits. If between sizes, size up.

What if it doesn't fit or I don't want it?

14 days to return for a refund (UK consumer law). 30 days if it's faulty. Email support@kithappens.store, we send you a return label, refund hits your card within 5 working days of us receiving it. No restocking fees, no forms.

Can I add a name and number?

Yes, £5 extra. Pick a name (up to 12 characters) and a number (1-99). Pressed in the same factory finish you'd see on a retail shirt. Adds 24 hours to dispatch but doesn't change the delivery window.

We're not here to make returning stuff difficult. Here's exactly what you're entitled to.

Changed Your Mind? (UK + EU)

It happens. Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) and EU law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), you've got 14 days from the day your order arrives to cancel, no reason needed. Just let us know, send it back in original condition with tags on, and we'll refund you within 14 days of getting it back.

You cover return postage for change-of-mind returns. Fair's fair.

One exception: personalised items. If you've had a name and number printed on the back, that shirt's yours. We can't resell "JORDAN 7" to the next person. Personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Not as Described?

If your kit turns up damaged, badly stitched, misprinted, or just not what we showed you on the site, that's on us.

UK customers: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you've got 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

EU customers: Under EU consumer law you have a minimum 2-year warranty on goods that don't conform to the contract. Same principle. If it's broken or wrong, we make it right.

We cover return postage on all faulty returns.

This includes:

Damaged in transit
Stitching or seam faults
Printing defects or misalignment
Incorrect item sent
Quality that doesn't match the listing

After 30 days (UK) / within the 2-year warranty (EU): we'll offer a repair or replacement first. If we can't fix it, you get a refund.

How to Return Something

Email us with your order number and reason (photos help if it's a fault).
We'll confirm within 2 business days and send return instructions.
Post it back. If it's faulty, we'll send a prepaid label or reimburse your postage.
Refund hits your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Sizing

We can't refund purely because a size doesn't fit, check the size guide before ordering, and remember we recommend going one size up on most items. That said, you can still use your 14-day cooling-off right (UK + EU) to return an unworn item with tags.
