Are these official kits?

No. They're replica kits, same factories, same materials, no licensing tax. The crests are embroidered, the sponsors are sublimated, the construction is identical to retail. We don't carry the official Premier League or FIFA logos because we're not paying the licensing fee that drives the £80 price tag.

Will the quality match an £80 official kit?

How long does UK delivery take?

What sizes do you stock?

S to 2XL on most adult kits. Selected ranges go to 3XL. We stock kids' sizes (3-4 to 13-14 yrs) on the most popular national + Premier League kits. If between sizes, size up.

What if it doesn't fit or I don't want it?

14 days to return for a refund (UK consumer law). 30 days if it's faulty. Email support@kithappens.store, we send you a return label, refund hits your card within 5 working days of us receiving it. No restocking fees, no forms.

Can I add a name and number?

Yes, £5 extra. Pick a name (up to 12 characters) and a number (1-99). Pressed in the same factory finish you'd see on a retail shirt. Adds 24 hours to dispatch but doesn't change the delivery window.

Great quality love the shirt, i did buy this one because it's measurements were a couple of cm bigger than the one i got from kits republic, but it turns out they're exactly the same size. you would think 4xl would fit, but it's to tight, my original utd 3xl are a bit baggy on me ,so now I've got blue utd tops that don't fit, why can't they use actual official sizing you get from uk? Can you guys not specify actual uk measurements ?
Apart from the size everything great ,good communication from kit happens and good customer service, but just the same problem with sizes as all the sellers .
